What does a Mindfulness one to one session actually involve?

This is a transformational practice. A rare opportunity to get to know your mind and body so you can shape your mind and free your mind. How often do others truly listen to us? I am here to do just that. Together we explore your own mind, body and heart. You gain instant relaxation, insight and calm. I guide you through meditations and in the stillness and silence, you see more clearly the truth of your experience. We will explore a different theme each week, covering every aspect of what it is to be a conscious human being and what blocks us like challenging emotions - anxiety, self judgement, fear and doubt. We find our innate resources in relaxation, attention, ease, joy, kindness and compassion. I will support you with practices to help you become more present and conscious of your body and mind throughout your busy day. I look forward to practicing Mindfulness together with you very soon.
